New Construction Plumbing From Active Construction Through Finish

A multi-phase new-construction project documented through active construction, finish plumbing, field changes, closeout work, and finished-project media.

Project Overview

This new-construction project was documented across multiple phases, including active installation, finish plumbing, field changes, closeout work, and finished-project media.

The Challenge

A long construction project rarely stays exactly the same from the first day to the last. Selections change, field conditions become visible, other trades affect access, and closeout issues have to be corrected.

Our Approach

Plumbed Perfect approached the project as a sequence of connected plumbing phases rather than isolated visits, documenting active construction, installation, field changes, finish plumbing, closeout corrections, and finished-project details.

The Result

The completed project provides a strong example of Plumbed Perfect's new-construction approach: stay involved through the phases, respond to actual field conditions, complete the finish work carefully, and address closeout issues before considering the plumbing complete.

Need another part of the project handled?

Real projects often cross trade boundaries. Keep plumbing with Plumbed Perfect, then hand excavation/site work to Prepped Perfect or broader project coordination to Planted Perfect where the scope calls for it.

Prepped Perfect

For excavation, trenching, grading, drainage and site preparation connected to the project.

Planted Perfect

For selected general contracting and multi-trade coordination around the larger project.
